Does anyone know of great courses/interesting professors for introductory courses?

Kagan, for philosophy.

Though be ready for some difficult grading, or so I hear.

Past students have told me that C is the average mark in his class. A B is a very good mark, and an A is if you’ve had extensive experience writing philosophy essays and making philosophy arguments. Shelly Kagan just doesn’t like to give out good marks, so if you’re aiming for a B or an A, you’ll have to bust your chops to get it.

I heard that the average grade for most classes is a B+ thanks to grade inflation. A’s are very hard to get with five classes but so are grades lower than a C

In most non-science classes. And if you’re interested in Kagan’s classes, you can take them Cr/D/F.

So what is the average mark in science classes?
