there’s some explicit lyrics.

haha obviously the rapping isn’t great but its pretty funny.

apparently they’re bankers for BBH

Ok I say this not to offend, but what is the deal with white rappers (and some white teen aged boys ) thinking that they can actually “make it” in the business of hip hop with a stolen/copied identity. I hear these white guys listening to Dr. Dre or Snoop or some other well known rap or hip hop artist and they think that somehow makes them “ganster” Or theyll dress “thuggish” and use “ebonics” thinking that this is the norm in my culture. Well its not and I find it incredibly sickning not to mention INSULTING when I see this. Sure hip hop and rap are predominatly black. And yes Eminem in a sense utilized this genre to make him self wealthy, but it makes me wonder are these “posers” (if you want to call them that) embracing my culture and the music in my culture because they see the entire spectrum (not just the flashy cars, girls, and money) or do they watch WAY to much MTV?

Well, I think the guys above aren’t like that. They’re doing it as a joke really. I think they were just showing that they’re some suburban white boys and they’re better.

As for Eminem, he doesn’t really write gangster rap IMO and he grew up in a pretty tough area, that 8 mile in detroit is pretty dangerous.

yes yes i agree rayj28. imitating the rappers on tv is insulting

it’a annoying to go to school with kids like that. and don’t forget the asian kids too. at my school, boys don’t do it because they think they’re better. they dress the way they are because they think its “cool”. i have a lot of them at my school. luckily i’m not in any one of their classes…perhaps one but that’s in art.

haha…before school starts and after it ends, you can hear cars blasted with rap music. i’m not teasing the rap culture…i appreciate it. it’s annoying to be surrounded with “posers”. they just have no brains.

oh dear, what has the world come to?

blah06, when dcfa said “the boys above” (s)he is referring to the guys in the song. He is clearly not saying he’s a cool thug, his point is that he’s so not street, and yet he’s a better rapper than Kevin Federline.

sorry, i don’t think i read that carefully.

thanks for clearing that up for me iwannabe_Brown :)
