Invited to shabbaton dinner--what to expect?

Not sure when or where the word arose but for 20 years we’ve always used the word Shabbaton (at our Conservative Day School) to mean more than a night or even overnight at a Rabbi/Teacher’s home, but rather a full blown weekend from Friday before Shabbat to Sunday afternoon, away at some place suitable for a weekend long retreat, at which Friday Kiddush and Saturday services took place, Sunday minyan and a number of programs on Saturday afternoon and evening took place.
