Inviting teachers on Common App

My situation is, I am international and I am applying online and my teachers will be sending school forms by mail because they are unfamiliar with the online application. On the school form section online, I am asked to invite my teachers and counselor and once I’ve invited them, they will choose to send the forms by mail or online. The problem is… they don’t have emails. Like I said, I live outside of US and adults in my country are still not used to using computers. So I can’t invite them and they cannot indicate on my application that they will send forms by mail.

So what should I do? Should I just not invite them? Will my application be considered incomplete? Please, if someone has any experiences with this, I would really appreciate the help. Please help me. Thank you!

Email the schools you are applying to with an explanation.

It kinda depends on the schools. They will often look for the online submission but if you send them by mail and they receive them, it would be considered complete. Firstly, once you submit your common application, you will be contacted by a school official in a few days for your missing documents. Ofcoz, I’m just talking from experience with USFCA. My teacher was late in submitting Counselor report so I was asked by the school to send them through mail. Hope this helps!
