I just wanted to know if Iowa is generous to tranfer students in financial aid package if family has low income and how’s the atmosphere at Iowa? I plan to transfer their next fall.

You need to ask the financial aid office what their policy is.
If you are transferring from a community college in Iowa, your own transfer advisor should have useful information for you, so ask that person as well.
