iPad experts....can you help??

We attended my son’s HS musical last night in which he was the lead (and did a great job, I might add  ). I have a video clip of one of his numbers, which I took on my digital camera. I am going to load it to my computer…and import to itunes…

My MIL is here visiting and has brought her iPad. Is there any way to transfer this video file to HER iPad from MY computer? I don’t want to sync her up with my iTunes…I just want to transfer this one file. The only thing I can think of is to email her the file…but that seems so cumbersome. Eventually it will be on fb, but I want to let S post it, and I don’t know when he’ll get around to it.

Can I use Home Sharing to do this? Any other thoughts?

Dropbox: [Dropbox - Features - Online backup, file sync, and sharing made easy.](What is Dropbox - Features Overview - Dropbox) …and it’s free!

iPads sync with their home computers so I don’t think that you could move it to hers. The other approach would be to put it on YouTube where it would be publicly viewable.

To clarify: you put it on Dropbox in a public folder and send the other party the link. They can then download and copy it to their own device. After it’s downloaded, you can then delete it from the public folder. Dropbox is also making flash drives irrelevant.

Billy - thanks - Dropbox is JUST what I was looking for. So, I uploaded to dropbox, and was able to use the app to open the file on the ipad. Pardon me for being dumb, but I’m not a big iPad user. How do I download the file to the ipad? I know how to do it on my Driod, via a file manager app, but how on the ipad? and, where will the downloaded file be stored on the ipad?

Thanks again!
