Ipad plus gmail...how to access mailing list

So I,m away from home helping elderly mom w broken hip and have to email my work list set up in gmail. Can not seem to find the bcc-my-list button. Clues please? Then tought to reply all to an old email but couldnot find that either. are those functions available on Ipad and if so help finding thm is much appreciated.

You can do a search for your emails that are on the server, just search “all”, in the inbox.

Tks EK I Can search within gmail fine but can not find reply all or my contacts lists.

Try this (I had to look on H’s ipad to find it)

When you’re composing an email (touch the picture of a pencil at the top), in the TO: box, over to the right hand side, there’s a “+”. Touch that and your contact list comes up (and theres another option at the top that says “Select from phone contacts”. Also in that screen you will see the CC/BCC options, touch “CC/BCC” and the BCC line comes up (with the same “+”)

See if that gets you anywhere…

ETA…yeah. The more I look at that, the more it doesn’t look like it’s what you want…hmm

There is no bcc-my-list button. There is the bcc option and cut and paste.

tks folks. Lergnom i suspect i can not access full gmail function. Have to go to plan hmmmmmm i guess.

It may be that you can get to more if you access your email through a server, rather than through an app. I know I can see very few old emails (hotmail) through the app, but if I go through safari, I get the whole back list. I do not remember if you can see your email addresses that way. There are a lot of things I cannot do on Facebook through iphone or ipad, because of the flash issue…aggravating!

If you access gmail on line using a browser, you get the same interface as the gmail app. I’ve tested that.

I’m guessing the issue is getting to the email list itself. Maybe the issue is clicking on the Gmail icon with the drop down carat to reach contacts. I find that counter-intuitive. Why hide info behind a generic button name that isn’t functional?

It may be that your “From” address is not the one under which you’re subscribed to your mailing list. If so, check this: [Solved: Gmail, iPad, iPhone, and multiple from addresses - Modern Nerd](<a href=“ModerNerd - Just another WordPress site”>ModerNerd - Just another WordPress site)
