<p>has anyone had their screen so messed up that you can barely read it? Son’s Ipod plays fine, but there’s this blob on the screen, and the Apple Store says $120 to fix any screen issues. WOW!!! Is it worth doing that? He just wants to buy a new one.</p>
<p>My D had a problem with her screen also. Fortunately her Ipod was less than a year old and still under warranty. They just gave her a new one. 
My D also had problem with her screen on her digital camera. I did have to pay $160 to have that fixed.
Check to see if your S’s Ipod is still under warranty.</p>
