IRS Data Tool not working for me! Neither is transcript.

<p>I cannot find the mistake! I tried both the data tool and also tried requesting a tax transcript but both say that the information does not match but I cannot find the mistake! </p>

<p>Any ideas on what to do?</p>

<p>Check that you are entering your address exactly as you spelled it on your return. If you can’t get it to work, you should be able to call the IRS help line in the morning and hopefully get some help with it.</p>
