Anyone from IVC know a quicker way to get GPA electronically sent for the Calgrant? I asked the financial office and they said they would send it in automatically but it would only be “sometime before march 2nd”. I don’t feel comfortable waiting, not really knowing if it really gets sent or not so if I can expedite the process I’d like to. It says on the website where you can check the status of the cal grant that once it has been electronically submitted it will be displayed within 2-3 days and I’d like to make the green check mark happen faster :)

I would make a guess that IVC is used to the filing process for the CalGrant program. Maybe you could ask them if this step would show up on your online account so that you would know when it actually happens.
