Is 36 possible? Best ACT guide/online advice?

Just got my June SAT results, and I have to say, I’m a bit dissapointed. Although I got a 2300, the breakdown was:
CR:700 M:800 W:800

Obviously, it would be easy for adcoms to see that I’m pretty weak on the CR section. I’ve heard that the Reading section is more objective on the ACT than the SAT (which is more abstract), so I’m confident that I will be able to do relatively better there.

My Question:
Is a 36 Composite score possible for me?
(* with only 1.5 months of preparation? *)

Some Subject Test Scores:
Math II: 800
USH: 800
Chemistry:760
Biology M: 740

Anything constructive on the differences between the SAT and ACT would be appreciated.

Also, I’d like to know what is/are the best study guide(s) available for the ACT. If there are any made by fellow CCers, that’d help as well. Anyone that’s gotten a 35-36 on the ACT: I really need your help!

~Thanks for reading this long post. Any help would be much appreciated.

what do u mean 1.5 months? u have all of july and august… and part of september.

as in, i’m going to camp for a month and I dont plan on prepping at that time

[sarcasm]Yes, because 700 is such a terrible score. You must be extremely weak in critical reading. [/sarcasm]

But seriously, I did a lot better on the ACT reading than the SAT CR. Partly because I’m extremely fast doing questions and reading passages but also because the ACT passages are much easier and the questions are much easier.

wow you’re a little girl. ■■■■■ a 2300 is a bad score in some peoples’ eyes… wow
