Is 760 in US History good for an international Applicant?

I got 760 in U.S. History in SAT II, and 800 in both Math Level II and Physics. If the college wants only two results, sending which two are better?

Send them all. There is no extra cost and they are all good scores. Schools would look for the top 2 scores anyway but it would be good to see you also score well in a third subject.

Many thanks!

I am an international student too, and I am preparing to take USH in November. Any advice to help me get 750+?
thanks!

My advice would be: McGraw Hill’s + Direct Hits: US History in a Flash is a combination good enough to get you full mark. DH can helps you get a general idea and reminds you of important points that is likely to be ignored, while McGraw is pretty detailed.

If time allows, AMSCO AP USH is also a pretty good book. Electronic version is available on the Internet. (I strongly advise you to buy paperbacks). This is definitely a good book as a lot of answers to similar threads as this one suggest.

Do spare enough time for daily revision, because that keeps you memory fresh.

People might have better or different advices, please find the way that suits you best. I also saw a lot of recommendation to kaplan’s SAT USH, please do look it up to see if it would be better than McGraw Hill’s.

Anyway, hope my advice helps!

thanks abzeiss! I bought American Pageant on other’s recommendation, will this book help?

Yes, definitely! If you have enough time, this is the book to guide your through! This might be a bit overwhelming on the first sight, but it does help to understand! From personal experience, working with American Pageant and McGraw Hill’s/Kaplan can help you get most of it!
