Is a mac laptop sufficient?

<p>Yes. My son has a MacBook Pro and he’s an engineering student. It’s fine.</p>

<p>Yes. And if you really have to (you won’t), you can run Boot Camp or VMWare Fusion.</p>

<p>Most of the time if you need specialized software, you’ll go the computer labs anyone, rendering whatever kind of computer you have (Mac/PC) worthless.</p>
