<p>I’m a freshman and I just got off the waitlist into a Unit 2 mini-suite double… but I already signed the lease for the Berk for a $9000 quad that’s pretty nice. Thankfully, I can forfeit the lease with a relatively small fee of $300 and then accept the on-campus housing agreement. My question is, is the better social experience really worth the extra 5 G’s that come along with it? My deadline is tonight!</p>
