Is an MBA from a top b school unpredictable?

People often say to become a doctor it is a stable profession, whereas business is very risky. I agree that salaries range widely, but if one can go to a top MBA program is it still as risky? Their average salaries seem pretty good, and assuming you had the skills to get into a top MBA program would seem to indicate that you have the skills to at leaset be reasonably successful in business.

Is the whole “risk” factor of business due to the fact there are numerous amounts of MBA programs that are poorly ranked/unranked creating a false impression?

Most MBAs, even from top schools, are at risk of being fired because that it the way corporate America is. As you move up in your career, you can get a contract that specifies what you will get when terminated. Astute MBAs always have the next career move in mind, and have the skills and connections to make it happen.
