The biggest problem with senior year is the boredom. Believe it or not, last year, I was really excited about classes and I enjoyed trying to get the highest marks possible in order to make my transcript shine. However, in senior year, it is the denouement of your high school career, and you want to spend that time in style with your friends, not in boring classes that you’re going to never study again after high school. For example, I’m taking classes such as chemistry and calculus because you’re supposed to keep up your rigorous schedule in your senior year. But I’m not going to study those subjects in college, so it’s a strenuous effort to pay attention, do homework, etc.
