Is anyone else having massive Net.Pay/e-Bill issues?

<p>ok so i went on CARS, clicked on e-bill, and opened my Net.Pay account.</p>

<p>problem #1: it thought my first name and my middle name TOGETHER were my first name. so instead of Jane Marie Doe [note obvious name substitution +_+], it came out as Jane Marie Marie Doe. and i cannot change it because this info was filled in for me.</p>

<p>problem #2: it seems to think that a credit–the amount in parentheses–needs to be paid, and says that this amount was due July 15. but we paid it months ago, when apparently we won’t be billed for it until October [it was CalSo money and my mom called them…they told her it won’t be billed for awhile].</p>

<p>problem #3: i never got to make a username & password…my mom [third person or “other” person] got to make one after she entered my Net.Pay pin. shouldm’t i have one too?</p>

<p>is anyone else having similar problems?</p>

<p>someone please let me know if this is normal billing screwup procedure, or if i need to find a way to sort this stuff out.</p>

<p>You can pay it when you get to CAL with a check instead of doing it online, atleast that is what I’m doing</p>

<p>I don’t really get the whole Net.Pay thing. The same thing happened with my middle name too, but I was able to edit the middle name field, so I just left it blank. Also, my bills tell me that I owe $0, but when I look at the most current bill’s (showing $0) details, the $20 charge for the housing application is on there. </p>

<p>guess i’ll do the same with my middle name.</p>
