<p>So, in early July I applied for a work study job at the dining hall, and I filled out the application, and all but one of the work study forms. The last form I have is the 403b retirement plan. In order to do this, you need a fidelity account, so I called fidelity, made one and got my confirmation # and everything. </p>
<p>The problem starts when I try to put my confirmation number into the online form, it always comes back “error: the value cannot be converted to a number”. It then gives you 2 phone numbers, and an email to contact U of I. I called the first number, and was redirected to the “benefits” department. No one ever answered and it went to voicemail around 5 times. The other number was disconnected. I also sent an email a few days ago, and so far I’ve received nothing. I also did call fidelity to verify my confirmation number, which apparently was wrong because they gave me a new one? And that one also did not work. </p>
<p>Sorry for the long post, I’m just a little frustrated and would like some help! Oh, by the way, these forms need to be completed by August 20th…</p>
