haha okkk. i don’t understand why you’re taking this to heart. you aren’t even going to UCM.

so contract? what happens if you break it? still 100%? sorry but i’m sure people have done it before. so stop assuming everyone can do it.

and why are YOU so HELLBENT on ucm? have you ever been there? do you know EVERYTHING about it? is there a reason why you’re going on a crusade against UCM? there’s no need to take this to the personal level.

and no i’m not kidding you. wait, SMC isn’t the only CC in california. why does it matter if it’s “large”…i don’t see why someone can finish their classes and get the required gpa cause the college is large.

ok, online classes. great.

i’m guessing there’s a reason why someone would be going to CC than just applying to UC and just going there. i mean if CC was just so great why doesn’t EVERYONE just do that? i mean save money…100% guaranteed…IT’S PERFECT!

yeah get a job. in this economy. yeah get an apartment, i’m pretty sure people fresh out of high school are gonna be that mature to be able to buy/rent an apartment AND go to school. and then transfer to a UC? pretty ambitious. yeah sure hell bent about staying with parents. i’m sorry but you don’t know my situation, and i’m 100% positive you don’t know everyone elses. it was just a point, i mean not everyone has the EXACT same situation.

it’s a freaking UC, are you gonna tell me UC sucks? the teachers there are from MIT, Stanford, OTHER UC’s…so are you telling me their education sucks? small college=attention. if i were accepted to a med school like UCSF and i would need to turn in teacher recs i think my professors at UCM would know me a whole lot better than professors at other uc’s. the competition is relatively low, also.

i think the only reason it “sucks” is cause it’s new. hey news flash, other UC’s used to be “NEW” davis used to be the “sucky” uc but now look at where it’s at.

another point, under grad doesn’t matter if you’re planning on going to grad school. okay UCB looks better than UCM, i get that. but it’s not the title of which they look at, they look at standardized test scores, your personal statements/essays/and what not, they look at your GPA/your grades . just cause you go to UCM doesn’t mean you can’t go anywhere.

i think you can say CC might be a better choice then going to UCM but that’s not for EVERYONE. that might be you and some other people, but not me and some other people.
so stop dissing UCM because …wait why? oh cause it’s in the “arm pit of california”. mhm. ok.

do you really think the board would pick the arm pit of california to build their college? do you really think they picked merced cause “haha we need to make a sucky college”

no, i’m sure they had other cities but they picked merced.

so uh yeah. i’m gonna go and let you argue back with me cause i know you’re just gonna hate on me more and tell me UCM sucks. kthxbye.
