Is anyone willing to read a 'Supplement' for my common app?

This is what I am planning to submit for the when the it asks to provide details about any interruptions in my education. I have gotten my mom to read this as well, but I just want to make sure that it comes across clearly and isn’t confusing to a third party (such as an admissions officer).

(START):
I started my high school career attending (HS #1) located in Florida. I had been accepted into their Pre-International Baccalaureate Diploma (Pre-IB) program and following I was accepted into their full IB Program in my junior year. I attended this school from the beginning of my freshman year (9th grade) until the end of first semester my junior year (11th grade). A few weeks before the end of that first semester my mother received an offer for a job in California, which she accepted. I finished my midterm exams then, during the winter break, my family and I moved from Florida to California.

I began my schooling in California (second semester of my junior year) at (HS #2), in (ca), taking classes in their IB program. (HS #2) was not the zoned school for the house my mother rented, but due to the fact I was taking IB classes the district allowed me to transfer to (HS #2). Within a few weeks of getting into (HS #2) I was forced to make another change. Due to transportation issues my sister and I had to change schools again and go to the school that was zoned for the house we were renting, (HS #3).

Within my first two weeks at (HS #3), the owner of the house which my family was renting gave us 30 days notice that he wanted the house back due to his financial situation. My family and I were forced to move once again, which of course requireding a change of schools. My mother moved us closer to her work, where I began attending (HS #4) in (CA) in March of 2012. I will graduate from (HS #4).

(END)

Thanks for reading. I understand that the (HS #-) may make it a little more difficult to read but it is just for safety reasons :). The actual version will have the full school names and locations of course. Any feed back or suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Bump…

This is clear. But could it be enclosed with the guidance report and transcript, rather than go in your common app?

Compmom, that’s a great idea. I think coming from the Guidance counselor would be better.

On the common app it had a specific section asking about any interruptions in schooling, so that’s where I was going to put it…

This wasn’t for the additional info section.

I realize it’s a week later and my post might be unnecessary… but I think it’s clear. Especially once you put the actual HS names in. Sounds perfect to me!
