Is Applying ED Going to Help Me At All?(Based on these Stats)

So the stats are so far. I know this is a big reach school for me.

1910 SAT(That’s from 2 sittings going to take it a third time to try to boost)-600 Reading 730 - Math 580- Writing
4.0 Unweighted GPA
90.83 out of 100 on a weighted Scale
Volunteer ~ 300 Hours
Work Experience Check 15 hours a week
Quiz Bowl Club./Team/ Hobby

So the question is if appyling ED is going to do anything for a student like me. Or should I wait for regular decision with SAT II results. right now I don’t have any subject test so I’m going to apply to the life sciences college. Additionally if I were to apply early decision I would have to blindly send in my SAT score before I can see them. I’m taking it in October. So…on a very tight schedule. Thanks for reading

Have you tried taking the ACT?, Some do better on that than the SAT. It’s a tough situation, because your chances seem low now for ED. Any hooks? If you don’t have anything special that will make you stand out, you might want to take the extra time to improve your scores, polish those essays, and apply regular decision. Also apply to several schools, including safeties and targets you would be happy to attend.

(To answer your question, no I would not apply ED with those scores.)

How do you have 4.0 unweighted gpa and 90.8 /100 weighted?

4.0 unweighted base on college board
Weighted gpa in my school is based on 100 scale so… yea

Just remembered they don’t (or didn’t used to) take the reading score of the SAT. If they still dont, your score looks better.

You mean writing right?

Yes, sorry, the writing.

They look at all of the scores.

On the “Freshmen College Profile” they only report CR+ M, so I wasn’t sure.
