Is Baruch a target school for Finance? Is a target school NEEDED succeed?

<p>Its accounting program is definitely very good, but to anyone who knows about Baruch, how is it when it comes to Finance?</p>

<p>I’ve read that if you don’t go to a target school like Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, etc, then you’ll end up at back office or have trouble finding a job in the first place.</p>

<p>If you’re looking to get into Investment Banking or S&T, I’d say Baruch isn’t prestigious enough. I’m wondering myself if Baruch is good for investment management.</p>
