<p>I see that I have to aplly within the month of November and that I get a response in march but would my application be binding? I’ve looked all over their site and I can’t tell.</p>
<p>The UC system does not have either an EA or ED application so no, an acceptance there is not binding. Since they get tens of thousands of applications (more than 55,000 to UCLA alone) I’m guessing the early reply date is to assist Admissions with the tsunami of applications.</p>
<p>I have never seen a college where the regular application is binding. In fact, if there were such a college, I would probably avoid it simply because of that.</p>
