Although I am a premed student, I also want to complete nursing requirements just in case I get accepted to nursing school rather than a medical school. I was thinking of taking Bio 1A/1AL and IB 131 (human anatomy) and IB 131 lab which is a total of 10 units. For the last 3 units, I was thinking of taking an american cultures class or 3 one unit courses such as Berkeley Connect or IB 77A or Decal.
Another plan could be that I take Bio 1A/1AL + Nutrition 10 + american cultures class plus + one unit berkeley connect class that puts me at 13 units.
Note: Nutrition 10 and IB 131 are nursing prereqs. However, I was thinking of taking IB 131 this fall because in spring, I have to take MCB 100A or MCB 102 depending on my which focus I choose, and I know these classes will very hard and I don’t need a another distracting class that will take up a lot of my time. I was planning to do MCB100a/102 and Bio 1b in spring 2019.
