Is Business Administration as useless as I've been told?

As a Business Administration major, I pride myself on a wordly knowledge of business aspects within the United States and beyond - However, I cannot help but hear negative things about it. I am interested in hearing from people who have majored in Business Admin. and made something out of it. I am interested in hearing from people who have majored in Business Admin. and done other things. Finally, I am interested in people who have majored in Business Admin. with high hopes and expectations, yet have gone nowhere. Let's hear your stories! :)

Won't happen. They don't exist.

Yeah the Business Admin degree is really generic and dry, so it doesn't really stand out as a major that gives you specific skills. If you're going to major in business, I think Finance, Accounting, or Operations Research, etc is the way to go.
