<p>it really depends entirely on what is in your essays, ECs, recs, etc… Penn could fill their entire class with people who have near-perfect GPAs and test scores. Then they’d be called CalTech, and that would be terrible.</p>
<p>Clearly Penn is looking for something more. The question is, do you have it?</p>
