Is Chem21L9 required for first semester BME? Scheduling help!

<p>I’ve seen lots of engineering people with chem21L9 in their schedules…is this required? I just see chem as a requirement, not the lab. </p>

<p>I have writing next semester so I’m taking psy91. </p>

<p>Any help/critiques/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>the lab is part of the course, ie you are required to take it. other schools might do it differently, but at duke you have to take all parts of one course at the same time.</p>
