Is College Algebra going to hurt my chances

I am currently a freshman at UNC-Wilmington trying to transfer to Chapel Hill next year as a Political Science major. I am terrible at Math and currently have a B in my College Algebra class, on the UNC transfer site it says that credits for College Algebra do not count. Do you think this going to hurt my chances of being accepted as a transfer student? Here are some of my stats.
