Is College Really Worth It?

<p>It’s better than the alternative</p>

<p>Honestly it probably isn’t worth it for a lot of people, it’s still a great experience though. I always recommend people read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Everyone should read this book if you want to do better than middle class.</p>

<p>I wonder if its a great idea to go to college right out of high school? That infographic points out among other things, the general lack of maturity of many college students- lack of direction, substance abuse problems, questionable decision making skills, propensity for falling out of windows. Given the alternatives such as working an entry level job, volunteering, military etc, maybe a year between high school and college isn’t such a bad thing. Just my two cents.</p>
