<p>The essay prompt is “What moves you?” I’m thinking of centering the essay on conversation, and then exploring that from an internal perspective (ethical reasoning), a literary perspective (analyzing meaning; ‘conversing’ with the book), and a Socratic perspective (analytical discussion with a group to find answers). </p>
<p>Would the multiple perspectives break the truism of “Breadth not depth”? Should I instead focus on a sole one of these perspectives? If I should use the multiple perspectives, should I tackle each in its own paragraph?</p>
