I saw on the website that if you are accepted and want to be an engineer, you will be pre engineering your first two years taking the required math and science courses for your desired engineering major. It also said you need to have a 2.2 at the end of the first two years. So if you take those classes and have the 2.2 gpa, are you guaranteed to be admitted to your engineering major of choice or is it still competitive to get in. An if the engineering majors are capped to a certain number of students, which ones are harder to get and what type of gpa do you need to get in?
