I am looking for an out of state college in Fl and FSU is “full” according to their website.

Well, it’s a historically black college, so that would have to be your taste. It’s kind of late to be doing this, but I guess that explains your screen name. The only other good college I can think of that would still be taking applications is UCF. However, they do rolling admissions and are the 3rd most popular state university in Florida. (FSU, UF, and U-Miami, a private school, are all the top ones, but they’re done with admissions already.) Just be warned that because UCF does rolling admissions and the size of freshman class has been cut because of the budget they have become extremely more selective than they usually are at this point. My OOS girlfriend with a 1200 SAT and 2 AP classes was rejected after applying last month, a shocking outcome for UCF.

FAMU is currently on SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) accreditation probation.

They’ve been off probation for about a year, but it had nothing to do with the education process. They were slapped because of financial inconsistencies.
