Is free tutoring common in most universities?

I am greenhorn~ so ,don’t laugh at me>. <

Come on, guys!

I’ve taken classes at two universities, both had free tutoring. Don’t worry, even in the rare chance that your university doesn’t, there will often times be more than enough support there for you in one form or another.

That free tutoring is 99% provided by junior/senior undergrads and grad students, though, so you probably will have a hard time finding a free tutor for the higher level classes. I’ve got a 400 level physics class, and there isn’t jack for that other than what the professor provides–lecture, office hours, and a review session, which are altogether a fair amount of support–but you can always find a grad student and pay them to tutor you even in those classes.
