Is Hillary done, cooked and baked?

can’t have clinton get into office. This is a critical period and election, and we can’t have a democrat elected. The country will take a more liberal direction and frankly we can’t afford that right now. Mccain is good, and is horrible news to the democrats

Hillary is running out of money just like Guilani did.

But unlike Guiliani, Hillary and Bill have plenty of their own cash from foreign deals to infuse into their win-at-all-costs campaign.

I’m surprised to read this. Rudy has done pretty well.

Five reasons why Hillary should be worred:

She has more pledged + superdelegates than Obama. She is in the lead.

She needs to work on fundraising. And to the person who said that she is trying to get Black voters, it’s true. She sent her daughter where I live where there are lots of potential Black voters. But, guess what? Obama is doing the same thing - trying to get the white female and latino votes from Hillary. I still support her over Obama any day. Everyone says that she is polarizing, and something isn’t right with her…I have rational facts for why I don’t like Obama, and his cons are wayyyy more than hers in my book. However, I won’t lie that something really strikes me as wrong with Obama in office. I’m not sure what (and, no, it’s not his race! Thanks for jumping to that conclusion (if you did)).

Optimization: I’m undecided right now, between Clinton and Obama. Do you mind saying what you think his “cons” are?

He thinks you’re rich if you make more than $97,000.00 a year (November debate).

After taxes that would be just about the right amount to pay tuition at most of the private schools we all love to talk about on this website.

But $97,000 is good money. More is (usually) nice, of course, but I wager most families of four to five could live comfortably on that, barring major complications.

So you agree that a family is rich or “upper class”, as he specifically said, if your family is making $97,000 or more? Please. Think about that situation for your family of four or five.

There are certain locales where $97,000/year means that the family of four or five members will be living in a studio apartment…maybe going to Applebee’s for dinner a couple of times a year. His clear implication was “I’m coming after you with tax increases if you make that kind of money”.

This will be played to the hilt by the Repubs if he is nominated and it is a loser for him and the Dems.

I agree, it depends on the locale. Here in Southern California, $97,000 in family income is well off but not upper class or rich.
