Assignment Process
Assignments are not made on a first come, first served basis. After each housing deadline, applications are processed and students are randomly assigned to available spaces in each hall. If a student’s first preference is no longer available, second through fifth preferences are considered and assigned. As halls fill, we may be unable to offer students any of their five choices. Because of this, it is important to select “any room size - any location” as one of your preferences. Failure to do so will void your housing guarantee!
