Is international (out of US) financial aid comparable to the Ivy Leagues'?

<p>The only way I could afford international college is if they have financial aid policies like Harvard or Rice, where incomes under $60,000 or $80,000 a year or whatever get all tuition paid through scholarships, grants, etc.
Do any top universities (Cambridge, UCL, Oxford, McGill) have such generous policies?</p>

<p>I don’t for sure about the other colleges, but I would hazard a definite no. And for Ivies, which are not need blind for international applicants, it’s a definite NO.</p>
