Is interview Length relevant to how much the interviewer likes you?

Just wondering bc other than my CA interview, which was about 40-45 min and my St. Paul’s Interview(30-35 min), they’ve all been in the 20-30 range

Not necessarily. Read nothing into interview length

Interview length doesn’t matter from what I’ve experienced. Its better than having a interviewer forcing themselves to think of ideas of questions to ask you. Like for example last year I interviewed for 20 minutes for a school and that was the only school that accepted me.

If the interviewer has allocated 20 minutes to talking to you because they have another interview, an appointment, tons of work, etc., liking you isn’t going to persuade them to derail their schedule for the rest of the day. Read nothing into it!

my interview with a school ended in like 30 minutes and the teacher that interviewed me sent me a “thank you” letter before I did… is every school doing this to people they interviewed?a

That’s pretty normal.

Every school and/or interviewer has their own norms. It is highly unlikely, given how busy they are and that they are polite, that they treat applicants differently based on preference.

Don’t hijack someone else’s thread. This isn’t a general “let’s discuss interviews” thread. Feel free to start your own.
