is it a waste of time and energy to dream about my reach schools?

im not a terrible student, but im not the cream of the crop that i might have been able to be if i tried a little harder. of course, its the middle of jr year so i still have some time, which i realize…

however, i think schools like wellesley, yale, northwestern and u chicago are reaches for me. yale especially. so…is it worth thinking about applying, much less researching these schools?

<p>i would recommend to not get caught up in reaches. Just apply to them without thinking whether your going to get in or not. You should be applying to schools that you’d love to go, even if it’s only your safety that accepts you, you’d still be estatic to go. I would recommend researching schools that are best known for your major than for what the school name reads.</p>
