I took the sat aiming for anything above a 2000 and I just barely did (690CR 660M 670W 9E). I think the math can hurt me because I want to be a science major and every college seems to have higher math sat scores, but I feel like if I took it again I wouldn’t be able too match because I got lucky on the writing so maybe I should just start focusing on the subject tests.

The thing is I am only a junior. Would it look bad if the admissions saw that my sat was from the fall of my junior year? I don’t want to go to Ivies or anything, just a good school. Take Lehigh and University of Rochester as a couple of the better schools I want to go to and BU as one of the less competitive.
