I was notified by my school that I won’t be receiving on-campus housing for next year, so I went on FAFSA and under University info I put that I will be living off campus. I turned my FAFSA in October 27, 2017. My correction was made April 08, 2018. Is this bad? Does this mean that my FAFSA was considered to be turned in today, or would it still be considered as October 2017? Thanks!
It was turned in on October whatever. Making corrections does not change the date of your initial filing.
