Is it bad to put in negative things about your high school for the Additional Information section?

For example, things like the fact that my school only has a total of 5 AP courses.
Or a strong dearth of EC’s and students?

don’t talk about that stuff, it makes you look petty. Every school you apply to will get a school report from your high school which has statistics such as average gpa, sometimes SAT scores or the like, and number of AP courses or IB courses (if it has the program or not). You don’t have to mention this, your school will mention it.

Yes, it is bad. It will only reflect poorly on you.

There is no place in life that it helps you to talk badly about your past. Don’t bad mouth your former employer at a job interview, don’t put down your old romantic partner on a first date and don’t trash talk your high school on the college application.

All right, thanks guys.
