Is it even possible to ED to brown with 1430 SAT and 3.78 GPA

I am International student who plans to apply to Brown. I have gotten a 1430 SAT.

I plan to retake December (going to get about a 1510)

I have done a bit of math:

About 185 international male students get selected out of the 49000 who apply overall.

I have mailled and asked them if my SAT score will even work and they said that they evaluate in a holistic manner and SAT is not the only thing considered.

I really have a spot for Brown because of its open curriculum. Should I just go somewhere which is test optional instead?
