Is it good idea to say about an ivy newspaper internship to other school’s applicatio

<p>My kid is senior editor for his prep high school newspaper. He puts around 20-25 hours every week in newspaper. This is a very demanding job as his school newspaper budget is over 100K. During summer, he got an opportunity to work one week free internship with a prestigious Ivy League newspaper. In fall 2007, he will be applying for many schools. Is it a good idea to mention about this internship to other school’s application? This internship he did it because he loves his newspaper as his best EC.</p>

<p>He is not going to be a journilst major but loves this EC to develop his personality.</p>

<p>Sure, it will be excellent. Colleges know that you get internships where you can, and that you will be applying to multiple colleges. Good for him.</p>
