Is it hard to get classes at Santa Barbara City College?

I currently attend Los Angeles Valley College and it’s pretty difficult to get classes in the LACCD district. I was wondering if SBCC has the same problem.

I’m considering going to Santa Barbara City College for my second year because I don’t know if I can do this commuter student thing again. I know I’m halfway there, but going to Deltopia this year has really made me want to get away from home (more so than usual).

My registration date for SBCC’s fall semester is like June 13th. I’m worried that I won’t get anything. I have my IGETC finished though so it’s not like I need a lot of popular courses. I mostly need some accounting and English lit courses.

Thanks in advance.

Its tough almost everywhere to get classes. Crappy truth

Well in this case I’m wondering if ACCT 230, ENG 221, and JOUR 121 fill up fast.

English, math, and science courses tend to fill up pretty fast. I think accounting will be okay to get

For ACCT 230 as far I know it is hard to get in …I am sure if you email the teacher and show up early before the class starts you will get a spot. The best accounting teacher (compared to the other teachers) right now for this course is Mr. Graziano … I am not saying he is easy at all or he teaches it the best but out of all the teachers right now he is the best.

Accounting 230 and 240 do fill up quick because those are the courses required for business majors both for CSU and UC
