Is it harder to get into Medical School than Pharmacy School?

I plan on doing medical school or pharmacy because I’m interested in a MD or a PharmD, but which is more difficult to get into?

Based on numbers alone–

yes, it’s harder to get accepted into med school.

In 2014 56% of PharmD applicants were accepted; whereas, in 2014 41% of MD applicants were accepted

The mean GPA for accepted PharmD students was ~3.4; for med schools, the mean GPA was 3.69

Since a number of PharmD programs do not require the PCAT, there is no comparable data about required standardized exams scores

Data is here:

These are sooo different, require such a different personality. Did you think deeply enough? Did you research, shdow?
Your main and absolutely first step is to figure out WHERE you personally fit, not which one is the easiest to get into.
