<p>I am still waiting on a confirmation from a university which they say is under consideration still for spring 2013 masters in Bioinformatics. Is it late to apply for visa and do other formalities before leaving for US.Joining is around january 21,2013.
I have some other specific queries as well.</p>
<p>Only the people at that college/university and in the visa office at the US consulate that will need to process everything can give you a good answer for this. If you ask in the International Students Forum, someone there will surely have a couple of ideas for you.</p>
