Is it normal for male dogs er "private part" to sticks out frequently?

<p>Just asking… why doesn’t your vet offer to call up this urologist and consult with him via the phone. There might be a small charge, but the vet might learn something and it could save you an expensive consultation fee.</p>

<p>I wouldn’t run to the vet about it. Next time you’re there, ask or you can call. Trust me the vet people have been asked worse things.</p>
