<p>I’m 19, and will be 20 in 2 1/2 months. I have always slept for 8 or 9 hours; however, lately, I’m waking up after 6 or 7 hours. What does this mean?</p>

<p>probably nothing much. unless you are like staying up later or have some change in your sleeping habit. i did the same thing in the past year since i started taking harder classes and stuff, but although i can tell at times that i am a bit more tired, still i function fine.</p>
