Is it ok to send out a syllabus with professor's personal info?

I’m transferring schools and need to send in my old syllabi for transfer credit evaluation.

A lot of my syllabi have my professors’ personal information on it - email, school mailing address, and sometimes even cell phone number.

Should I cross this off before sending them in? Or should I ask my professors for permission to send in the syllabus?

Or does it not matter at all…?

sort of a re-post for clarification, sorry about that.

You need the professor’s name and contact information on that syllabus. Not all sections of XYZ 101 are equivalent. If the cell phone number is the personal number, that would be something that could be blocked out.

I would cover up, with paper or something, any personal cell phone numbers. I’d leave everything else. Addresses, emails, etc. might be important for verifying that the syllabi are real.
