Is it okay for the college to receive the papers (recommendation, transcript etc) until after the deadline?
Thanks-

Usually it will be fine, try no longer than a week. Most schools, usually in mid-February, will send out letters to students telling them about missing materials and then will give those students an extra week to mail them in. As long as you submit your actual application/essays and pay the fee before the deadline I think you’ll be okay.

What happens if they don’t receive the fee wavier before the deadline? I sent one out a long time ago but the college still didn’t receive it, so I might have to fix it; which takes time.
